Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our templates, downloads, licensing, and support.
What is Palette?
Palette is an accessible tool kit designed for creative professionals and artists. We provide easy-to-use templates, mockups, and resources that help inspire creativity, save time, and elevate your work.
Are fonts and photographs included?
All of our templates use free fonts. The information or font files are included with your purchase along with a help file. Please note that the photographs and mockups featured in the template are for illustrative purposes only. Your template will include basic placeholders where you can easily insert your own visuals.
How do I download my files?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with download links. Click "View Your Order" or "Access Downloads" to retrieve your files any time. A link to download a receipt is also included in this order confirmation e-mail.
What software do I need?
Our templates come in various formats depending on the product. Templates are designed for CANVA and InDesign, with some newer versions including Figma. Mockups are created for Adobe Photoshop and are downloaded as PSD files. Each product page lists the specific formats included. Please read carefully before purchase.
Which license should I purchase?
We offer Personal and Commercial licenses to ensure fair pricing based on how you plan to use our templates. Personal projects have different needs than client work, and our licensing reflects that.

Commercial License
Permits you to use our templates for commercial purposes, including:

- Professional portfolio work that generates income
IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS
Both Personal and Commercial licenses have the following restrictions:
You cannot:
- Resell or redistribute the templates as templates
- Share the template files with others
- Upload templates to marketplaces like Etsy, Creative Market, TemplateMonster, or similar platforms
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or extract components from the templates
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your license to another person
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally cannot offer refunds once a download has been accessed. However, if you experience technical issues or receive a corrupted file, please contact us and we'll be happy to help. We do offer a refund if a duplicate order of the same product was made in error.
How do I get support?
We're here to help! You can reach us by emailing studio@palette.supply. We typically respond within 24-48 hours on business days.
